Yoga Retreat
After the success of our first yoga retreat in the Spring, we are excited to return with another this Autumn! A transformative and dynamic blend of Rocket and Awakening yoga, hiking and relaxation in the stunning Greek countryside. Sammi and Paul will be bringing together their individual styles to bring you a unique experience. In between practice, there will be plenty of time to enjoy nourishing food, explore the beautiful surroundings, walk in the hills or simply relax and take it all in.
Time and space to deepen your practice, immerse yourself in nature and reconnect. You’ll leave transformed, with a newfound sense of inner balance and clarity.
This is a 5-night retreat, arriving on Sunday 12th October and departing Friday 17th October. We cannot wait to share this magical experience with you.
What to expect:
Yoga practices
Immerse in the ritual of daily practice! Rocket Yoga with Sammi (@lunaglowyoga ), Awakening Yoga with Paul (@buildrituals ) and skills workshops throughout the week. The classes will be designed for all levels of experience and you can join as many as you wish.
The Schedule
Yoga in the morning and the evening, three nourishing meals a day and free time to explore, relax or enjoy an outdoor activity. This is an example daily schedule (subject to change).
• 07:00 – Rocket Yoga
• 09:00 – Breakfast, coffee and tea
• 11:00 – Free time to explore
• 13:00 – Delicious homemade LUNCH
• 15:00 – Workshop or outdoor activity
• 17:00 – Awakening Yoga
• 19:00 – Nourishing Dinner
